Overall, the support and communication during my use of the software were decent, though it took thoda extra time to get some explanations clear. Par overall, the training and onboarding flow prepared me for these situations, so I didn't feel stressed. Support team ki communication style bhi achhi thi, simple and direct, which made it easier to understand jo terms use kiye ja rahe hain.
