Thoda surprising tha itna clear support explanation
I was honestly not expecting ke support team itna clearly explain karegi software ke har aspect ko, especially jab main unki taraf se pehli baar baat kar rahi thi aur kinda nervous thi. Jo training sessions diye gaye the usme bhi kaafi patiently sab cheeze repeat ki gayi jab main phir se confirm karna chahti thi. Mujhe laga tha shayad technical language ya jargon kaafi zyada hogi, but surprisingly woh sab bahut simple bhaasha mein samjhaya gaya. Kabhi kabhi main thodi doubt mein thi ki kya yeh sab mere liye easy hoga ya nahi, par support ne mujhe bharosa diya ki main seekh sakti hoon. Vo jo step-by-step guide thi, wo bhi phone pe explain karna mujhe helpful laga jab main confused thi. Overall, thoda different experience tha, mujhe support ki clarity ne acha surprise diya jo honestly expect nahi kar rahi thi.
