thoda surprise hua, but support was decent
To be honest, I was surprised by how quickly I got access to the software right after signing up, though I thought it might take longer. But then, thoda slow tha jab training ki baat aayi. Kept waiting for the detailed onboarding materials which thodi confusing lag rahi thi kabhi kabhi. Support team bhi thoda mix tha, kabhi they were really helpful on phone, aur kabhi mujhe wait karna pada for clarification which wasn’t expected. The dialer aur calling tools worked steadily, though sometimes the automatic updates changed configurations unexpectedly, which made me doubt ki everything was set right. Invoicing aur payment parts theek the, no complaints there. Overall, responsiveness ne thoda comfort diya, but I think they could improve thodi aur to make the whole experience smoother and less up and down. So I’m thinking about how it will be next time if I need more help.
