Initial start par mujhe support se connect karne mein thoda wait karna pada jo mujhe thoda ajeeb laga. Lekin jab finally contact kiya toh unhone help di jo theek thi. Dialer tool kaafi achha tha aur database bhi thik tarah se update hota raha lekin training material kuch jagah pe thoda confusing tha. Mere hisaab se software ka interface clean hai, par onboarding process thoda zyada simple ho sakta tha. Mera setup complete hone mein zyada din lag gaye despite ki software features ache nikle. Overall mixed feelings hain kyunki kuch cheeze smooth thi aur kuch thodi slow thi.
