Training sessions bhi mere liye jyada clear nahi thay, isliye main thoda pressurised feel kar rahi thi to get going quickly. However, telephonic support ne ek baar jab contact kiya toh woh theek tha. Lekin overall, itna quick ya easy feel nahi hua jitna main expect karti thi. Payment process toh sahi tha, invoice jaldi mil gayi. Lekin practical use ke liye start lene tak thoda zyada wait karna pada, and that was frustrating jab mujhe already apne kaam ke liye jaldi karna tha.
