Thoda frustrating but support ne theek handle kiya
Kabhi-kabhi jab software mein issue aate hain toh frustration hota hi hai, especially jab calling tools behave nahi karte jaise expect karte hain. Maine ek baar database feature mein sync problem dekha tha, tab initial response slow tha toh laga kuch gadbad ho sakti hai. Lekin fir support team ne call kiya aur details se problem samjhi. Jo baat acchi lagi woh yeh thi ki unhone mera case priority mein liya aur patiently support ki, chahe thoda time laga but fir bhi resolution mila. Mujhe lagta hai ki overall communication theek thi, par starting mein thoda wait hua isiliye thoda tension bhi tha. Support ki wajah se, jab tak problem solve hui tab tak baat clear rahi ki main kisi ke haath mein hoon aur unki team ready hai madad ke liye. Bas yehi chhoti si jalan thi, otherwise sab badhiya tha.
