Thoda different laga from what I expected, not very impressed yaar

Sales wale ne bataaya tha ki software easily access ho jaayega without much effort, par mujhe lagta hai ki mujhe apne aap kuch settings adjust karni pad rahi hain jo thoda time lene wali hain. Training kafi detailed thi, par mujhe un cheezon ke baare mein clarity nahi mili jinpe main expect kar rahi thi. Database aur dialer features intuitive are not hain, thoda confusing lagta hai kabhi kabhi. Payment ka process theek tha, par registration mein clarity kami thi, jo mujhse pehle waale providers mein itni nahi thi. Overall, itna accha nahi laga jitna main expect kar rahi thi, par shayad dusre logon ko different lage.
