Thoda der toh lag gayi, but overall the experience was fine
Pehle maine ek aur software try kiya tha jo WFHI ke products se alag tha, aur dono cases me software aur sales process obviously different tha. Yahan payment ka process thoda slow laga, signup ke baad confirmation aur invoice bhejne me thoda waqt lag gaya jo expectations se tez nahi tha. Lekin ek baar jab sab formalities complete ho gaye, toh sales wale log available rahe kisi bhi question ke liye, aur mujhe koi confusion nahi tha about product features. Interface thoda zyada straightforward hai compared to mera pichla software. Sales team ne mujhe product ke benefits ache se samjhaye without extra pressure. Thoda jaldi hota toh better lagta; I guess sab process efficient karne ke liye aur improvements hongi future me. Lekin overall, kharidne ka experience, in terms of dealing with sales and the initial steps involved, manageable aur clear tha. So I would say it was a smooth experience barring the small delay in finalizing payment and invoice details, which is something I kept in mind while comparing the two platforms I used.
