Thoda confused hoon, software ne mixed experience diya
Mujhe lag raha tha software zyada seamless hoga but shuru mein thodi issues aayi access ke saath. Jab sign-up kar rahi thi, dashboard thoda slow load hota tha, jo mujhe disappointment de raha tha. Lekin training ke baad, calling tools samajhne mein aasani hui, especially dialer feature jo kaafi helpful tha tasks ke liye. Database bhi ache se integrate hua but automatic updates ne kuch naye bugs introduce kiye jo time waste kar diya. Support se contact kiya, response thoda slow tha, but finally help mil gayi. Invoice aur payment process theek tha, straightforward and clear. Software ne overall thoda better hona chahiye, par itna bhi kharab nahi hai. So I ended up with a 3-star because kuch expectations poori hui aur kuch nahi, bas thoda aur polish hona chahiye system.
