This whole experience felt like a puzzle I mostly had to solve myself
You provided the software and the initial training, but honestly, I felt like most of the figuring out was left to me. When I signed up, I expected a little more hand-holding through the onboarding flow or clearer instructions on things like the calling tools and dialer setup. Instead, I often had to find my own solutions for integration issues or how to use the database feature effectively within my typical workflow. Automatic updates would sometimes change settings without much notification, which meant I had to troubleshoot unexpectedly. The telephonic support was there but didn’t proactively guide me; it was more reactive and sometimes had wait times. What I found easiest was the invoicing and payment process – that was straightforward enough and as promised. Overall, the experience felt functional but lacked the smoother guidance I anticipated. If the training and support could have been a bit more comprehensive from your side, I think adoption would have felt much better. So in one phrase, this whole thing felt like a semi-done DIY project for me, where I had to fill in many gaps myself to make it work properly.
