I did not feel confident by the end of the onboarding training. The sessions seemed rushed and even after multiple attempts, I was left unsure about how to use the database feature effectively. It felt like the training did not fully cover troubleshooting scenarios or explain the calling tools in enough detail. For someone who expects clear, step-by-step guidance to get started fast, this program would not suit well. The support was reachable, but I needed more practical examples or ongoing help which was not provided. Overall, I found the training lacking, and I cannot recommend it to anyone who wants a confident start quickly. It might work for those with a lot of patience or prior experience, but that was not my situation.
