This time it never truly clicked for me
After switching from another software I had been using for years, I expected WFHI to be somewhat similar, but it was quite different in terms of interface and workflow. The calling tools felt less intuitive, and the dialer didn’t integrate smoothly with my existing setups. I struggled to adapt to the database structure since it required more manual input than I was used to. While automatic updates were frequent, they sometimes disrupted my workflow unexpectedly. Support was available but could not fully resolve my difficulties quickly. Signing up and payment were clear processes, but these positives did not outweigh the usability issues I faced. Overall, the moment when everything felt straightforward and efficient never arrived for me. This software did not align well with my work style compared to what I had before, which was disappointing since I hoped for an upgrade rather than a downgrade in usability.
