this software would suit only casual remote workers
Honestly, the WFHI software is pretty easy to access and most of the setup was just a one-time thing. Once I got my dialer and database arranged, ive been using it smoothly for my remote tasks. The automatic updates just pop up without interrupting my workflow, which is nice. But if someone needs heavy customization or ultra complex call flows, this might not be the best fit. The invoicing and billing are straightforward, and logging into the staff portal is very simple too. So for freelancers or small teams wanting less hassle, it's a solid choice. I'll keep using it, but probably not recommend for a big call center operation or very technical users who require tons of tweaks every week.
