This is not for those who want clear step-by-step training

You need to improve how the onboarding and training are explained. I found instructions to be vague and sometimes confusing. When I first tried to set up the software, I was unclear about what each dashboard label meant and how exactly to use the dialer effectively. The training sessions provided didn’t break down the process in a straightforward way and often assumed prior knowledge or self-guidance. If you want everything spelled out in simple, progressive steps, this might not suit you. It feels like you expect users to figure out quite a lot on their own, which is frustrating especially when automatic updates add changes without clear communication. I struggled to keep pace and felt left behind as I couldn't always contact support promptly or get clear answers every time I needed help. If your approach to onboarding had more clarity and direct explanations, it would be way more user-friendly and less frustrating overall.
