Thinking aloud: how much effort did it take to decide
I spent quite a bit of time reviewing the options before making a choice. At first, I wasn’t sure if the software and training would really align with what I needed to manage remote workflows effectively. The information on the website was generally helpful, but I had a few doubts about whether the onboarding flow would be smooth and how calling tools would work in daily use. The sales team was fairly responsive though, which helped me feel more confident as I asked my questions about the database feature and automatic updates. Still, it took some effort to really understand invoicing and payment processes, and I wasn’t always sure what to expect. By the end of it, I felt mostly confident but not completely certain; it was a thoughtful process that required some patience and time. Reflecting on it all, I think the effort put in was worth it, and I am now ready to proceed with the software and training, hoping it matches what I anticipated.
