Thinking about how much effort the setup took

Honestly, I’m still figuring out how much effort I had to put into setting up with WFHI. At first, signing up and going through training seemed straightforward but then I realized that dialing in all the calling tools and getting the database right required more tweaking than I expected. I think some of that was on me because I wasn’t sure if I was using the pre-purchase info correctly to judge how complicated the setup might be. The ongoing adjustments to the dialer and organizing my workflow in the database meant a bit of trial and error over several days. Calling support helped at times though I wasn’t always confident that I was asking the right questions or if they had instant answers. The automatic software updates also sometimes needed me to double-check that nothing had changed in my settings or data. The payment process was quite clear, and signing up was neat, but adjusting the workflow to match how I want to run things took more effort than I first thought. Looking back, I’d say setting this up felt like a moderate challenge, but the experience of figuring it all out gave me a better sense of the platform. So while I expected less hassle, I do get that some of that is just part of learning to use something this capable. I’m hopeful that as I keep using it, the amount of time spent on fixes and changes will reduce.
