You asked for my straightforward impression, so here it is: the training and onboarding steps had some pros and cons when it came to their order. Early modules were easy to follow and introduced me to the software basics clearly, which helped me get started without much confusion. However, certain advanced functions were introduced before I felt really comfortable with the foundational elements — this made me pause and go back a few times, which interrupted the flow. I wish the sequence had been slightly more user-friendly, with a more gradual build-up instead of jumping a bit ahead. The onboarding support did help clarify some of these issues, but the initial guide felt like it could have been better structured. Overall, you did lay out most of what I needed, but I personally found the arrangement a bit uneven, so I’d probably just recommend rearranging some parts if you want the process to feel more natural for somebody new. That’s how I’d tell a friend what to expect without sugarcoating anything.
