Things clicked once I started using the dialer properly
At first, I felt the product was somewhat overwhelming and didn’t fully match the expectations I had based on the descriptions before purchase. However, that moment when I actually started navigating the dialer extensively was when things began to click. The software overall aligned fairly well with the pre-purchase info; the contact database was very structured and allowed for smooth workflow integration. What felt different was some of the automated updates which were a bit frequent, but I appreciated how the support team was prompt when I reached out for clarifications. I had expected the onboarding to be slightly more guided though, but once I committed to the training modules, it helped a lot. So while initially the product was a lot to absorb, the benefits became clearer and made the earlier confusion worth it.
