I had a generally pleasant experience with the support team, but I noticed there was some waiting involved when I reached out. They were helpful once I got a hold of them, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to assist. I just wish the initial response time was a bit quicker, but eventually, everything was resolved satisfactorily.
