there were some pros but responsiveness was a pain
I was trying to see how quick the team would respond before deciding to commit to the software and training. Honestly, it was a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the initial pages loaded fine and signing up was smooth enough, so they did put some thought into the onboarding flow. But when I had questions about the database feature and whether it supports certain workflow automations, it took a surprisingly long time for anyone to get back to me. Sometimes, it felt like they just weren’t checking their phones or answering calls promptly. I made multiple calls but often got voicemail or no reply at all. This slowness was frustrating because I needed clarity before purchasing, yet their telephonic support didn’t match that urgency. The automatic updates also seemed promising, but without quick answers about compatibility, it didn’t help. Invoicing and payment were okay, with nothing special or delayed. Overall, I’m kinda stuck with feeling that while the software might have potential, the customer communication before buy-in wasn’t up to the mark. Maybe it’s just me, but if responsiveness is a priority, I’d think twice or look elsewhere before investing more time or money here.
