The wording mostly made sense but could be simpler

I found the labeling and wording in the training program generally clear and consistent. Most terms were explained without any jargon, which helped me understand the process without confusion. However, at points, the labels could have been more intuitive, especially where workflow steps were concerned. I noticed some overlap between terms in the software and training modules that could confuse users new to remote workflows. The invoicing and sign-up instructions were quite straightforward, so that part was easy to handle. Overall, I would tell a friend that it’s a decent experience but some slight simplification in language might make it even better for beginners.
