The wording and labels really caught me off guard in a good way
When I first started going through the WFHI sales material and software labels, I wasn’t expecting them to make so much sense; honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. Often with tech products, I find the jargon and labels a bit confusing, which makes onboarding harder. But here, the way features like the dialer, database, and the automatic updates were named felt very straightforward and self-explanatory. This clarity made signing up and paying smoother, as every invoice and option seemed clearly marked, which made me feel more in control of the process. Even the training modules used simple but precise language which helped me understand what to expect. The only thing I was puzzled about initially were a couple of new terms that took a minute to settle in, but that was quickly resolved by the brief explanations. Overall, the labeling felt intuitive, making the sales and pre-purchase phase less intimidating than I had feared.
