I was checking out the software because I needed something that could work with my erratic hours, not a strict nine to five setup. At first, the sign-up was fine enough, and the invoicing looked simple, which was a relief. Training was there, but some parts didn’t quite match what I really needed to know to get going quickly. Calling tools seemed alright most days, but sometimes they lagged or dropped calls, which was a problem on days when I had more calls to handle. Database features felt a bit clunky too, not always delivering the info quickly. On the other hand, the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manually installing anything, which was a nice touch. Support calls were helpful when I had a problem, but waiting times varied, so that wasn't always the best. Really it felt practical enough to work through when things go smooth, but also a bit frustrating when glitches popped up unexpectedly. So overall, not perfect but not terrible either. I can see the value if your work hours are pretty flexible and you don’t mind a few hiccups here and there.
