The whole setup felt like a maze
I anticipated the software would be intuitive and straightforward, something that would quickly let me find the features I needed. Instead, I found it rather frustrating to navigate. Compared to other remote workflow tools I've used, WFHI's interface felt cluttered and non-intuitive. Finding basic functions like the dialer or database options took far longer than expected, which made my initial setup process quite exhausting. The onboarding flow wasn’t very clear; I kept having to backtrack because I missed steps. Automatic updates sometimes disrupted my access rather than improving performance, which added to the confusion. Also, despite the promise of telephonic support, it was challenging to get responses that directly addressed my questions. The invoicing and payment process came across as more straightforward and transparent, so that was one small positive. Overall, I felt overwhelmed and disappointed because the software did not meet my expectations for ease of use and support accessibility. The entire experience felt more cumbersome than helpful, which is why I hesitate to continue with it.
