The onboarding training was also done step by step with no rush, which helped me absorb things better. I liked how updates happened automatically without me needing to do much, so no messing around there. The calling tools worked smoothly and telephonic support was quick when I reached out. It feels like the whole system was designed keeping simplicity in mind, which is great because I’m not so tech savvy. I’d explain it to a friend as “Everything’s lined up, no guessing games, just use it.” Makes working remotely less stressful for sure.
