The whole process took way longer than expected
I had thought signing up and talking with the sales team would be quick and straightforward, but it dragged on more than I expected. There was quite a bit of waiting between responses, and many things were explained multiple times, which felt repetitive. This was different from what I’d noticed in other online platforms where pre-purchase queries are usually handled promptly. Despite that, I will say the person I spoke to tried to help, but the back-and-forth and length of time impacted my impression negatively. I had expected a more seamless introduction, but instead, the time commitment was far greater than anticipated, which was quite disappointing overall.
