The whole process felt a bit too procedural

The sales and sign-up steps were arranged in a fairly logical order generally, yet it all felt quite procedural and a bit tiring. First, there was a quick overview of the software features. Then came the initial sign-up forms, followed by invoicing and payment, which were handled smoothly. Training came after that, explaining how to use the database and calling tools. Each step made sense on its own, but the transitions sometimes lacked clarity, making me pause and try to figure out what exactly should happen next. The dialer worked fine, and the automatic updates showed up without interrupting daily tasks, which was a plus. Telephonic support was available, but I mostly used it to clear up questions that should have been addressed in the earlier steps. I guess it all gets done eventually, but it felt like I was going through a checklist rather than engaging with the process. I’ve explained this to others before; it’s just one of those experiences that works but doesn’t quite flow naturally. Overall, the whole thing felt more like ticking boxes than a smooth journey to getting started.
