The Whole Onboarding Felt Tedious and Slow
From the moment I began the training and onboarding process, the experience felt drawn out and repetitive. The training sessions covered a lot of ground, but often I found myself revisiting the same content multiple times because updates were slow or unclear. Waiting for responses during the onboarding steps was similarly frustrating; sometimes it took longer than expected to get telephonic support replies, which disrupted the flow. Although some parts of the software, like the database features and calling tools, operated reasonably well, the overall impression was one of waiting and extra effort. The repeated instructions made it hard to stay motivated, and the extension of the onboarding period was not well explained. It felt less like a smooth induction and more like filling time with redundant tasks while waiting for clarifications. That said, the automated updates did eventually help to iron out some software glitches, for which I am thankful. Yet the entire process left me feeling that the onboarding and training approach could be streamlined considerably to avoid the sluggish, repetitive feel I encountered.
