The whole experience felt quite disjointed and confusing

Looking back at the entire sales and pre-purchase process, I felt the steps were not in a very logical order. For example, the sign-up came first but some of the training materials were introduced before I even got full access to the calling tools or the database feature. It was a bit difficult to follow the sequence since automatic updates also started at a time when I wasn’t fully set up. This added a layer of confusion. Even the invoicing and payment process didn’t come at a natural time relative to the onboarding flow. I had to pause and figure out a few things on my own because telephonic support wasn’t always immediately available at these in-between stages. While the product itself is good, the order in which everything happened didn’t feel very intuitive or smooth. Overall, I would say the whole thing felt quite disjointed and confusing, not ideal for a seamless start.
