The welcome call really stood out
The onboarding process was pretty well arranged, but what really stood out for me was the initial welcome call. It felt like the flow made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed with everything at once. Each training module logically built upon the previous, so by the time I reached using the dialer and database, I knew exactly what to do. It wasn’t rushed or piecemeal, which helped me stay confident from step one. The way the training combined video clips with live examples really made each phase memorable and easier to refer back to later. I appreciated how the sequence didn’t just throw software features in random order but instead focused on a practical approach that aligned with what I was trying to accomplish. That clarity made settling into the tools quicker and much less frustrating overall.
