The waiting was annoying but the support’s patience stood out
So, I was going through the support process and honestly, it felt a bit like back and forth without a quick resolution. I called the telephonic support a couple of times because there was some confusion about the database syncing with the dialer; they were patient each time. Waiting to get in touch did seem a stretch sometimes and repeating my issue multiple times didn’t help that. However, what stood out was how willing the support people were to stick through the conversation patiently, not rushing or brushing me off. After a while, things started to work as expected, even if the process took some time and effort on my part.
