The waiting and repetition surprised me

When I first signed up for WFHI’s software, I expected a fairly swift process, but what really caught me off guard was how much waiting was involved. Throughout the initial sales and pre-purchase phases, there were repetitive steps that made me feel like I was going in circles. The repeated confirmations and callbacks seemed unnecessarily drawn out. At several points, I found myself waiting on hold to get telephonic support, which became quite frustrating because I had hoped for quicker clarifications. My experience with onboarding was similarly delayed as I tried to get the calling tools configured properly, but each solution required going through repeated setup steps or calls to support, which also felt inefficient. Despite the online interface being clear enough, such redundancy and pauses slowed my progress to an extent I didn’t anticipate. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward though, so that was one part that I could give credit to. Overall, I was surprised by the slower pace and need for so much back-and-forth. For a system aimed at facilitating remote workflows, I think streamlining this experience would really improve the user experience.
