The verdict? Not as good as I hoped
I expected better day-to-day software behavior after the initial setup was complete, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliver. The calling tools and dialer were less reliable than what I had in mind—sometimes calls would drop or the interface would freeze unexpectedly. I thought the automatic updates would smooth things out, but instead, updates occasionally caused new glitches that needed me to restart the software regularly. It really made using the database feature cumbersome. Compared to my previous experience with similar tools, this one felt less intuitive and more prone to crashes. I had hoped for consistent performance since the onboarding and training were fairly solid, but daily use was frustrating enough to make me consider alternatives. The sign-up and payment side was fine, and support was available but slow to resolve the repeated technical issues. Honestly, while the initial promise looked good, the reality over time was disappointing on regular use. That’s my plain verdict based on what I had to deal with practically every day.
