The user guide saved the day!
Navigating through the WFHI support resources was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the user guide was incredibly comprehensive and laid out the steps very clearly, which made a significant difference when I was in need. However, I did find that the live support was harder to reach during peak hours, making it less convenient when quick answers were essential. The chat feature worked well when it was available, but at times, responses took longer than expected. Despite this, the guides were detailed enough that they helped me get through most of my questions on my own. Overall, I had some positive moments due to the exceptional written support, but some delays in live help made it less than perfect. I would suggest users utilize the guide more heavily, as that definitely stands out as the one truly reliable aspect of their support setup!
