The training was frankly underwhelming compared to before
I have experience with other onboarding programs, and unfortunately, this one did not meet my expectations. The training sessions lacked depth and often felt rushed, leaving me confused about the more complex aspects of the software. The onboarding flow was straightforward but didn’t offer enough practical examples or hands-on exercises. Compared to what I’ve seen in the past, the material felt outdated, and I found myself needing to seek out additional resources elsewhere. The software itself was okay once set up, but the initial learning phase failed to prepare me fully. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that did not inspire much confidence going forward.
