The training was both more and less than I expected
I began the training with hope that it would provide a fully guided path through using the software and its calling and database features. I did find some well-structured tutorials and the onboarding flow was clear at the start. However, several aspects required me to figure things out on my own, like how to best use the dialer with my own workflows and interpreting the automatic update notifications. It was neither bad nor good; more a neutral space where half the work felt instructed and the other half exploratory. In a way, I appreciated the warm tone of the trainers and the self-paced nature, but a bit more step-by-step guidance would have made the early days less confusing. So my experience was mixed — I learned a lot but also faced moments I wished were clearer or less trial-and-error. This balanced out my opinion to an average, neither overly impressed nor disappointed.
