The training required some effort but suited my hours
When I first started the training and onboarding, I found that the hours planned were not perfectly aligned with my usual working schedule. The training sessions covered a lot of material, which is good, but sometimes I had to adjust my day to attend them properly. However, the content was structured well and made it easier to understand how to use the calling tools and dialer effectively. The step-by-step guidance on how to work with the database feature also took some time but was very detailed. Over a week, I could see how the automatic updates impacted the software, so that was a good practical exposure. It wasn’t just passive learning; I had to actively engage to keep up with the pace. Looking back, the effort I put into attending the sessions and practicing was worth it because it fitted reasonably well once I rearranged my schedule. The onboarding flow also helped me understand what was expected at each stage, which reduced confusion. So overall, the training required commitment but was flexible enough to fit my time constraints.
