The Training Led to Competence, Not Frustration
After completing the initial onboarding, I used the training software consistently for a week to see how it helped me manage workflows and use the dialer efficiently. It mostly did its job well. The daily updates and automatic syncing of the database feature were positive aspects that saved me some manual effort. However, there were days when the calling tools briefly glitched, and I had to reboot parts of the system to get them to function properly again. Despite those annoyances, the training did prepare me to handle most situations competently without excessive confusion. So the outcome was that I could rely on the software most of the time, but I wouldn’t say it was completely seamless day to day.
