The training had its pros but mainly confusion

I started the training with hope that the onboarding and software labels would be straightforward. Honestly, you gave mixed signals—the terms used in training materials were sometimes very confusing and inconsistent. Sometimes, a button was labeled one way during onboarding but described differently in the training videos, which threw me off completely. I did appreciate that the initial steps of the onboarding flow tried to be clear, but as I got deeper, things became less intuitive. The instructions also assumed familiarity with call tools and database management that was not universal among trainees. I felt lost trying to connect training concepts to the actual user interface. You could improve this by simplifying wording and standardizing labels throughout the process. For me, it definitely did not work well, and the frustration was real. Training should be empowering, but here it felt like an uphill battle because the foundational explanations weren’t aligned with the actual software experience.
