The training felt like a marathon with little progress
Going through this training day after day turned out to be more taxing than I expected. The initial onboarding was not too bad, but as the days progressed, the system’s glitches began to show. Some features like the dialer behaved inconsistently, disrupting the flow of my practice calls, which was frustrating. The automated updates sometimes changed settings without warning, causing confusion that slowed me down further. Despite several attempts to reach out to support, the responses weren’t timely enough to ease my difficulties during daily use. Training content often felt repetitive and not adjusted to my progress, which was demotivating. Overall, it required substantial effort just to keep pace, and instead of streamlining my remote workflow setup, it occasionally felt like an obstacle. I sincerely hoped for a smoother process, but the daily ups and downs made maintaining enthusiasm challenging. Even now, I’m not confident the training is enough to fully depend on for my remote workflow needs.
