The time it took was quite frustrating
Over the course of several weeks, I found the software frustrating in its day-to-day usage. The dialer repeatedly failed to connect smoothly, which disrupted workflow often and led to wasted time on calls that dropped unexpectedly. The database feature was somewhat reliable, managing to store contact details without issue, but it lacked depth for better data sorting, so efficiency was limited. Automatic updates seemed to take longer than expected, interrupting my work without clear notice. I must admit, the sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward and transparent, which was a small plus. However, the overall onboarding lacked clarity, making the initial setup more time-consuming than needed. Telephonic support was available, but the responses were sometimes slow, and priority assistance did not always feel prioritized in reality. While the price and service could be balanced, the pace of adoption and inconsistent daily performance left me doubting the product’s readiness for sustained remote workflow management.
