The telephonic support was the one bright spot
I was really hoping the setup process would be mostly automated, to save me time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Most of the complicated steps seemed like one-off efforts, but then I kept encountering issues that felt like I had to keep repeating or revisiting setup aspects over and over. That was frustrating because I had expected the platform to stabilize and run on its own after initial configurations, but each day I found myself troubleshooting. The telephonic support did stand out as a positive, though. When I called, the team was patient and helped me understand parts I struggled with. The clarity they offered was a relief, given that the software and onboarding documentation sometimes missed explaining the ongoing setup demands. Still, I had hoped for a smoother experience where I wouldn't need repeated manual interventions. Automatic updates, surprisingly, didn’t seem to ease these problems either and instead sometimes conflicted with what I had configured. Invoicing and payment processes were straightforward, but that’s the only part that felt solid from start to finish without repeated issues cropping up. Ultimately, the one-off versus ongoing effort distribution in the setup was not what I expected, and I ended up feeling quite frustrated by how much maintenance was needed just to keep things functioning properly on a remote workflow.
