The system handled errors ok but had some drawbacks
During my onboarding, I encountered a few issues where the dialer failed to connect calls even though the database records were accurate. The software's fallback procedures kicked in automatically, rerouting my attempts without needing manual reset. However, these automatic responses sometimes delayed my workflow because I had to wait for the software to retry before I could intervene. On the upside, the system logged all errors for review, which helped me understand what went wrong. The updates rolled out during my usage fixed several bugs, but occasionally introduced new ones affecting my access to the calling tool. Overall, while the software addresses problems proactively, it doesn't eliminate hiccups entirely and requires patience to work around its limitations. The support team was reachable by phone for some advice, though they could not resolve every technical difficulty remotely. I would say the software manages failures in a methodical manner, but there is scope for improving responsiveness and the reliability of the dialer under heavy use.
