The support was the real letdown
Honestly, my overall experience with WFHI has been pretty disappointing mostly because of their telephonic support. I had used other similar software before and the difference was clear from the moment I needed help. Earlier, I’d quickly get clear, step-by-step guidance but here I was stuck on hold for long periods and responses were either generic or slow. This made the onboarding more frustrating than it needed to be, especially since the platform’s interface did have potential but the lack of useful communication just killed it for me. I expected at least a consistent, helpful support experience given the paid nature of the service, but it felt as if I had to figure most things out on my own. The automatic updates didn’t seem to improve access or ease of use either. In the end, I can’t recommend WFHI based on the support aspect alone, which was crucial for my setup phase.
