The support setup moment that didn’t quite click
At first, I was hopeful that the telephonic support offered by WFHI would be responsive both at the initial setup and throughout ongoing use. The initial support interaction was fine enough; they were courteous and knowledgeable enough to help clear my doubts during the software installation and training access phase. However, once the system was up and running, I noticed that the support became less proactive, especially for routine questions or troubleshooting recurring minor issues. It seemed like the support was designed more as a one-off help resource during onboarding rather than a continuous, reliable line of assistance. I didn’t feel that ongoing communication was consistent or transparent; requests sometimes took longer to yield a response, and I couldn’t always reach a live person easily. So the moment when I expected support to keep pace with my evolving needs after setup didn’t really happen as I had imagined. On the positive side, the software itself was stable enough that I didn’t face frequent critical problems requiring urgent support, which perhaps explained their setup focus. This embrace of initial help but limited follow-up diminished my confidence in relying heavily on support during everyday usage.
