The support process was exhausting beyond expectation
I honestly thought the telephonic support and communication would be straightforward but it took more effort than I ever imagined. Every time I needed help, the steps weren’t in a sensible order; I was often sent around in circles, repeating basic information multiple times. They promised priority assistance but waiting on calls and getting connected to someone who actually understood the issue was really frustrating. The automatic updates kept promising fixes but instead caused more confusion because I wasn’t informed properly. Even sign-up and invoicing felt harder than expected because I wasn’t given clear guidance about the process. It felt like a never-ending cycle of trying to get the help I needed, but instead spending time explaining myself repeatedly. All in all, the whole support experience was very draining, making me question the efficiency of this software’s assistance. I think if the steps were more logical and streamlined, it would make a huge difference.
