The support interaction ended up productive after some slow replies
So, I reached out a few times to the support team regarding the dialer and some setup issues. They definitely responded, but sometimes it felt like I was waiting longer than I expected for answers. I mean, they were polite and tried to help thoroughly, but the pace was a bit slow here and there. Initially, that annoyed me because I wanted quick fixes to keep working smoothly. However, as days went on, I noticed the follow-up was consistent even if not immediate. They seem to want to ensure you get proper help rather than quick bandaid solutions. In the end, I got the information I needed, which made my workflow a lot easier to manage. So basically, the outcome was positive, but the journey to get there was somewhat slower than I would have liked. I guess, if the first contact was more on point with timing, it could make the overall experience feel more efficient and less frustrating. Still, I appreciate that they did not leave me hanging and took my concerns seriously the whole time.
