The support folks were quick but some things were missing
Hey, so I gotta tell you, the support team really impressed me with how fast they got back to my calls and chats. I wasn’t expecting such quick responses, honestly. But, at times, I felt like they were a bit too formal and could have explained things in simpler words. Sometimes I wished for a bit more personal touch, you know? Like when they quickly fixed my dialer issue, that was cool, but I felt like the follow-up support to ensure I didn’t face the same problem again was missing. So yeah, the response speed deserves four stars easily, but I’m hoping next time they can add a little more empathy or warmth in communication. That’d make the entire experience way better overall.
