The support call stood out a bit

I found the support interactions generally underwhelming due to how the steps were arranged. There was one call where the representative was quite patient, which stood out because elsewhere, the sequence of instructions felt disorganized. I could follow the first few steps but then things got confusing as the support agent bounced between unrelated points. While the support tries to be helpful, the order of communication could be better structured to avoid repeating certain steps unnecessarily or skipping what should come next. There was somewhat of a warmth in the tone, which helped soften the frustration, but overall the process did not flow logically. I was left piecing together what to do next on my own rather than feeling guided through a sensible progression. The phone calls sometimes felt scripted and failed to adapt to what I was asking. This hurt more because of the complexity of setting up and using the database features for remote workflows, which require clear, stepwise guidance. The one good part was the willingness of the agent to listen during the patient call, which felt considerate.
