The struggle with confusing labels and unclear wording

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the labels and wording in this software, hoping they would make the setup process straightforward. Unfortunately, the terms they used just didn’t resonate with how I think about my workflow or sales concepts. It was frustrating because I had to second-guess what certain buttons or sections meant. Instead of helping me get going, the confusing labels made me waste effort on trial and error, and that really turned me off. I was expecting something more intuitive so I wouldn’t have to put so much thought into just basic setup steps. If the design team focused more on using language closer to how customers actually think and talk about sales and remote work, this might have been more useful to me. Right now, it felt like I was wrestling with the interface instead of focusing on the work I needed to do, and that effort didn't pay off at all.
